When we accept an order made by you via our website and / or any other means the agreement for us to sell you Goods is made on the following terms:

1. Ordering

As most of our products are hand made all sizes and dimensions given are approximate although we do try to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

Although we try to ensure that all items displayed are in stock and available for despatch all orders are accepted subject to availability.

Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil delivery within our stated 14 day period in which case you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or to receive a full refund.

2. Prices

The price and delivery costs of each item are set out in the order page. Please note that all costs include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Prices are subject to change without notification.

3. Delivery

Delivery charges as stated are for mainland UK destinations only.

Delivery will be made to the address detailed in your order. Please ensure that the details you provide are accurate.

If you have any particular delivery instructions please ensure that they are clearly stated. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.

If we are unable to fulfil delivery within our stated 14 day period you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative item or to receive a full refund.

4. Risk & ownership

Risk of loss and damage passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery.

Ownership passes to the purchaser at the point of delivery provided payment has been received in full.

5. Returns and cancellations

6. Warrantees

All electrical items (pumps & lights) carry a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
