We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products that you buy from us, if you are unhappy with an item you can return it to us unused and its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note that unless the item you are returning is faulty or damaged delivery charges will apply

All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Incorrect orders

Any order errors will be refunded or exchanged free of all charges

Damaged or defective goods

If your item is damaged during transit, or if you receive a defective item you can return it to us and receive either a replacement or full refund.

Claims for damages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. For further information on damaged items please refer to our delivery section.
