For deliveries to mainland UK destinations we charge a flat rate of £4.99 unless otherwise stated. All orders above £60 are delivered free of charge. For delivery to all other destinations please contact us for further information.
Delivery time
Although we ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery our average delivery time is around 5-7 working days. If you have an urgent requirement, contact us and we'll try our best to meet your needs.
Requesting delivery for a specific date
Most carriers specify a delivery period of between 1 and 3 days from the date of collection from our warehouse, to delivery to you the customer. To be able to guarantee a delivery on a specific date we would need to despatch the item the day prior on a next day guarantee service. This is a premium service and is charged at an extra £10.00 per delivery.
Please note that specific date deliveries need to be notified at least 7 days in advance of the date required.
Saturday deliveries
Saturday deliveries are charged at an extra £15.00 per delivery.

Notification of Delivery
With pallet deliveries our hauliers will call in advance to notify you of delivery. If the delivery date is inconvenient, you can arrange with them a more suitable alternative.
Parcel deliveries are dispatched by couriers such as Parcelforce & TNT. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been a delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel.
Signing for delivery
Before you sign for your order, please check the items to ensure that everything has arrived undamaged & correct. Whilst we take every care in packing our orders, damages and errors do occasionally occur. In the event of an order error or damaged item please ask the carrier to return the order and sign the delivery note accordingly.
If the driver is not prepared to wait, then you must mark the delivery note as ‘DAMAGED’ next to your signature.
Do not sign as ‘UNCHECKED’ as we cannot process a claim for damages on items signed as unchecked. Claims can only be processed if the delivery note has been signed as ‘DAMAGED’ & we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately there are no exceptions to the above as delivery companies will not process a claim unless the item(s) has been signed for as damaged. ‘Unchecked’ is not sufficient.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any of your items they can be returned to us (undamaged and in their original condition) within 30 days of purchase for a full exchange or refund. Delivery charges will apply except where items have arrived damaged or in error. Please note that claims for damages or orders received in error must be made within 3 days of receipt of items.
